I need answers!!! How many carbs are you to eat when trying to lose weight on the atkins diet?? Please!!!?

I am supposed to attend a reunion on May 7 and I am supposed to swim and I want to lose 15-20 pounds by then! Please I need workouts recipes and I need to know about the atkins diet- how many carbs a day are you supposed to eat??? I am walking for 10 mins, dancing for 10 mins, 50 bicykle crunches, 30 situps, 30 jumping jacks, 15 pushups!!!! ! Please!!! I need help!!! What can I do to get some of this weight off and FAST!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!

All of the essential nutrients are maintained. When foods are cooked, canned, bottled, and processed, they lose all of their vital nutrients through pasteurization and heating.

What is the most effective diet to lose weight fast?

I would like to lose some of the stomach fat i have put on in the past 2 years. I exercise, however i eat anything and everything. i would like to know what the most effective diet is our out there today. i dont really care how hard it is to stick to because i have always been very strong willed and i will do fine. Just tell me the diet that gives the best results for weight loss. thanks!

Bring balance to the force. If you eat the same foods over and over again, you’re going to get bored – unless they’re foods you really, really like. Feel free to change it up – keep your tongue happy. Balance carbs with proteins with fats, though. If you have more of one nutrient for one meal, try more of another nutrient for the next. And for heaven’s sake, don’t just shop in the “diet” section of the store. You can still (likely) eat the same things you’ve always eaten, just not so much of them at any one time.
