Whats the best way to lose some excess stomach fat through exercising that is effective but easy?

    No easy way. Watch what you eat, and do 30 minutes of cardio mon, weds, fri, and with time it will go. takes alot of dedication. Best of luck.

    For exercise, eh, walking, jogging, running, cycling, whatever you can do basically.

    Btw don’t over analyze progress. just do your thing.

    I always did a lot of abs and core workouts, especially the videos by Tony Horton. Sometimes when you lose weight you still have "flab" in the stomach though.     eat carefully but also exercise. some effective exercises are side taps, crunches, cardio (running, bike riding, jump roping) and make sure to drink alot of water. (=

    people need around 30 minutes to 1 hour of exercise every day.

    I would try this:

    do push ups
    crunches
    jumping jacks
    lots of walking/jogging
    if you have a treadmill that’s good, or bicycle
    also try and minimize your food a little, try and eat foods that have less calories, and don’t go to fast food restaurants

    strawberries do kick up your metabolism letting your food go down a lot faster

    Cut down your carbohydrates – potatoes, crisps, pasta, bread, cakes, biscuits and give up sweets and chocolate.

    Lie on the floor, place your hands behind your head, and slowly raise your head and back off the floor towards a sitting position. Then, slowly, lower your body and head back to the floor.

    You should keep your head and body straight while raising and lowering.

    Either keep your legs straight out in front of you, or your knees drawn towards you and your feet flat on the floor.

    You will feel the muscles, down the front of your abdomen and belly, being toned.

    Repeat this exercise five times, slowly. Do this daily, increasing the number by 1 or 2 each day.

    You should begin to see definite improvements in about 4 weeks.
