Oversimplification. … Oversimplification. Variety is important. More smaller range of motion exercises can amount to the same or more work. Intensity of exertion is another factor. Some small range of motion exercises take a lot of exertion.

Then do “ab/core” …
Then do “ab/core” specific exercises to get stronger. Just remember that they won’t help you lose fat in that area.

Multi joint, high …
Multi joint, high intensity, vigorous movement, religiously. w/ some yoga. I love it!!!
