How to lose belly fat in a month without diet pills?

can you please help me, i wanna get a flatter tummyy but i odnt kno how too. i weight 128 and im 15 and a girl(:
and my height is 5′2

Since you don’t have to lose weight and you just want to flatten your stomach this will not be too hard for you. All you have to do is stop eating foods high in sodium (salt) such as junk food. Also stop drinking pop, the carbonation inflates your stomach. You can do crunches as well, these exercises will tone your stomach and ab muscles.

First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy.Do sit ups and joging.watch them excersise videos in the morning. and Lower what you usually eat. When you want something verry bad eat half of it then give the other have to somebody else or throw it away.

All the doctors and food experts say targeted weight loss is unlikely, especially in the waist and belly areas, but I managed it with colon cleanse. I acknowledge they say that pills won’t work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There’s a free trial happening currently at http://serads.mykeepfitforyou.info , why not check it out, why not?

You have to do cardio to burn the layer of fat off your stomach, so do cardio 3x a week and combine that with ab workouts. Also try to do little changes in your diet, like cutting out most of the fatty or sugary foods. No promises it will be in a month but if you work hard you will probably start to see reults by then. hope it helped!

I think abs and the stomach area are the absolute hardest!! The only good thing about this section of the body is that there is a bunch of stuff that you can do at home. Check out some work outs on-line. I do a class specific to abs at my local gym and it really helps to keep me motivated.
Crunches, leg raises, planks, side plank, reverse crunches, side crunches, twist crunches.

    Good Luck
