Help me lose my belly fat?
I am 16 and i have a pretty good self image, but that doesn’t mean i don’t want to lose some weight. Before someone goes saying something around your sixteen you don’t need to worry about weight, i have the really annoying belly fat that is hard to get rid of. i am in fact overweight (my doctor says) and recently i have really felt the comments of my peers. so could someone give me tips on losing that belly fat? Diets, exercises, personal tips?

I’m around your age and I consider myself in good shape, especially on my stomach area.
I don’t have a big appetite so I only eat maybe 2 meals a day and I’m satisfied. I also go for like an hour or more walking a day, just listening to music and texting people or something.
That works for me. Maybe you should try cutting out a meal like breakfast or lunch, or having just an apple instead?
Also, lots of my friends go to the gym reguarly and just "play" on the equipment. It’s like a social thing too but you excercise as well. Good luck.
