How do i loose fat in my stomach and face?

I use to be really fat but i lost a lot of weight. i still have fat in my face in stomach. what exercises should i do to get rid of the fat? what kinds of foods help? I’m really looking to lose my stomach fat.

You can only get a flat stomach or lose belly fat with a sensible diet and exercise. Do weight resistance exercise to boost your metabolism and burn fat. Do high intensity cardio to burn fat. There are no specific exercises that can help you get a toned stomach or lose belly fat. The stomach will look toned if you have low body fat levels. This can only be achieved by forcing your body to burn your body fat. Unfortunately, we cannot control where the body burns fat. We can force the body to burn fat by reducing calories and exercising.

    All of the research I have done on weight lose shows that you cannot target specific areas to lose weight. You just have to burn as many calories as you can while doing it in a healthy way. Join the gym and workout everyday. Eat a healthy diet and cut out all sweets, junk food, and sodas. Drink a lot of water. Make sure you still eat enough. You actually need MORE food to LOSE weight so your metabolism doesn’t slow down. Starvation diets do NOT work. All they do is make your metabolism shutdown (because your body thinks you are starving and it burns calories at a slower rate to save yourself from dieing) Thus, NOT losing the weight. Also, eat smaller portions about every 2 to 3 hours. This will keep you from getting really hungry and overeating. I am wanting to lose my belly fat as well. You gradually lose weight all over your body and the belly is the last to go. You just have to stay committed and you’ll get there. Good luck!
