    Dairy is not good for you. Cows milk is for calf’s. Human milk is for a human baby. If you think that milk is good for you as an adult why don’t you ask your mother if you can suck on her breast for some milk. Sounds crazy doesn’t it? Is drinking cows milk any less crazy?

    Says who? It’s only bad for your health when you overdo it, but then again, everything is bad for your health when you overdo it, even exercise. If you add two spoonfuls of milk into your coffee or eat one slice of cheese or one yogurt, it’s not going to kill you. If you’re worried about hormones etc., buy organic.
