Will working out for 30 minutes a day and dieting make me loose weight?
And I also do track so i run sprints everyday too on top of working out on my norditrack at home for 30 minutes a night. I diet but probably eat around 1500 calories a day. Im 16,135 pounds and 5 foot 4. Will this plan work to loose weight by summer?
I would suggest eating 900-1,100 calories a day (I’m 5′7” and exercise 3 hours every day) and it works.

No, you’ll have to eat as much fatty food as possible. Lol.

you need to put some weight lifting in there to, and you need to put some incline on that tredmill and run faster
