how could I easily loose weight without any diets and sport?
I want to loose weight, but I don’t want a lot of hard diets.

People ! She clearly says she doesn’t want to diet ! Read the question ! So why give answers about diets ??????
And why some of you say that there is no other way to lose weight ??? Just dieting ?! Just because you haven’t tried anything else,doesn’t mean that there is no other ways to lose weight !

Now my answer : try "slim now day & night" ! My 4th day i am using them,and i would recommend it to everyone who is looking for easy way to lose some weight. They are some kind of appetite suppressants , so they don’t make you as hungry . And they work from the first day . I can’t even eat half of what i used to eat . You can get 40 day course for about £45 on ebay or for about £55 from asda . If you have sugar cravings get some "chromium" tablets,you can get them in any pharmacy,they are cheap . And to speed up your weight loss dring "senna" tea before you go to bed,its natural lexative . Trust me – this works very very well !
And … if you decide to buy some other diet pills,make sure you read instructions first,because most of them say you need to be on a healthy balanced diet and excersise for them to work . Simply put it – if you dont they wont work,and if you do – you wont need them anyway !

    To lose weight you MUST burn more calories than you take in. If you’re not willing to look at your diet or do any ’sport’ you will not lose weight. Burn more calories or eat less calories and you will lose weight.

    You have to have a healthy diet and you need to exercise or your not doing any good to your body. There is no other way ,unless you starve yourself ( not good for you dont!!!) or you get surgery !

    There is no easy way, atleast not healthy, without a change in diet. Cut out pops, fried foods, foods lacking nutricianal value, drinking more water, eating more smaller meals throughout the day, eat more lean meats and fruits and veggies.

    Drink a lot of water. If you can cut soda out, even better. Lot and Lots of water. What also helps is if you stop eating after 6 or 7. You don’t have to get on crazy diets, and eat whatever you want. Just try to stop eating by 7pm.

    You cant. put simply. Sorry but you cant…

    However you can diet without it being hard and without cutting out loads of things you like. You can also do exercise that isnt really hard. Such as a 30 minute walk every day. Ok just by cutting back on a few things in your diet and walking a bit is going to make losing weight a VERY slow process. But you certainly wont lose an ounce if you do nothing at all.

    You cant lose weight without doing anything, you dont need to diet hard or do some fad diet, just eat less in smaller portions, so 5 meals a day in small portions, keeps your metoblism high and gives you high energy throughout the day eat well from gd sources of protein, essential fats, and carbs, dont eat carbs to close to bedtime will make you bloated throughout the night.

    on a excercise level just do some powerwalking to start off, take stairs not lift little things like that help then start running twice a week then increase it, maybe take up a sport aswell or go to a spinning class at your local gym
