how can i loose weight? diets just don’t seem to work?

diets don’t really work for me. I try to exercise and im really going to get in gear. any tips? should i eat slim quick stuf too?

Diets actually make things worse for you. Just eat nutrituonal foods; more fruits and veggies than meat. Always have some milk and wheat everyday. Just give up any junk foods you have (don’t even buy any so there’s no temptation to slip a snack at home) and keep the pop out of your house. Drink lots of water above all else. Hydration helps any health problem somewhat.

    Try power pacing. It jacks your metabolism up and burns lots of calories.
