If I stick to the diet I made up will I lose weight?

My diet
1.Drink ONLY water and green tea
2.Eat veggies and fruits
3.Eat fish and chicken in small proportions
4.Don’t eat junk food or candy

I don’t drink soda or eat fast food, also I almost walk everywhere and everyday so I don’t need a work out. Please add on to my list if something you did helped you lose weight, or cross something out if you know it won’t help. :) thanks a lott

    you need to excerscize. diet wont do crap. walking isnt good excerscize or a lot of ppl wouldnt be fat.

    It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight fast then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 6 pounds in recent times when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the instruction given on the website in the box below.

    You might want to add whole grains….GOOD CARBS. perferrably 100% whole grains and alot of fiber, becuase it will help your digestion AND fill you up :)
    other than that you should be fine. I would definitely add some sort of med-intense workout most days of the week as well.

    Drink a glass of milk a day. Hormones in milk can assist in weight loss if you drink small amounts like one glass a day. You can also gain weight/muscle through multiple glasses a day, but for weight loss stick to one.

    Also check out metabolism booster. Green tea is a good one. L-carnitine is another good one you can find at walgreens or walmart in the vitamin section.

    You will lose weight with this diet, but it’s easy to say your gonna do something. Actually do it and you will lose weight.

    this will most certainly work!!!! please dont listen to others who will be like "you need more than that blahblahblah" cuz you dont this will work for sure, try diet green tea the arizona brand it is so good, also try oatmeal if your craving carbs, its high in protien and fiber and low in calories. walking is amazing for you! just, to tone up a bit do 100situps before bed aswell as 20 push ups and 20 squats, then your totally on your way to slimming down, i bet you can lose 10lbs inamonth following this
