anyway.

Im a bodybuilder, so i know what im doing here.  so listen up.

MUSCLE IS HARD TO BUILD.  the body doesnt want to gain extra muscle.  it takes quite a rather large excess of calories to build muscle, so if you are in a calorie deficit (taking in less calories than you burn) which you should be if you are trying to burn body fat, you wont have to worry about your muscles getting big (including abs)

CARDIO/DIET burns fat, LIFTING WEIGHTS builds muscle.  

i suggest you follow a diet high in protein, moderate in carbs and fats.  dont eat carbs past 6.  do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, for 45 mins, at a &quot;fast walk&quot; pace.  around 4 mph if you were on a treadmill.  perform weighted crunches (put a weight across your chest, and do crunches til you cant do anymore, should be around 10 reps.. gives you an idea of the weight you should be using).  also, multiply your bodyweight by 10-12.  thats how many calories you should be taking in each day to lose weight (body fat).

		<description>It sounds good to me. I know if you are trying to lose belly fat then you need to lower your intake of complex carbs i.e. breads and sugar. Eat simple carbs like brown rice, plain potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole wheat couscous. Almonds also lower belly fat. 

Also make sure you get plenty of cardio and do sit-ups and lower your stress levels.
