How can I reduce fat on my body?
Saturday, June 19th, 2010I’m trying to lose weight, so I started to exercise a lot but I’ve found that instead of losing weight I’m just building muscle. So I figured that I should be trying to lose inches instead. So if you have any advice on how to lose fat or lose inches to reduce the size of my butt, thighs and stomach, could you let me know? Thanks, much much appreciated!
Start with measuring your inches now & do that every 4 weeks or so. You may want to start tracking your food. When I did that, I realized that when I eat a restrictive breakfast & lunch, I consume a lot of calories at night, and I tend to eat about 40% fat. So, I tweaked a few things, ate a bigger breakfast, cut out some of the butter & started seeing more results from the exercise.
