Ok, so I am trying to lose my belly fat before summer time. I am skinny for the most part exceot for the belly fat. Its not that much but I really want it to be gone. The thing is, I’m not quite sure what exercises will help me burn calories the most. I’ve heard crunches aren’t efficient so which ones are? And also, what diet should I follow? 5 small meals or 3 medium meals? And what should I eat during each meal? I really need advice. Thank you so much for taking the time! 
im going to star this, i need to loose 20 pounds on my belly to get down to 22%

im 14 (a girl) and i have a flat stomach but i have a bit of fat on it and my love handles are starting to show ( there not very big, there just a bit of extra fat i would like to get rid of ). Im going to start running for one hour everyday after march break and i have already started cutting all the sugar out from my diet. Ive switched to all whole grain breads, and have stopped drinking juice . All i drink now is water and milk. This is what i would typically eat throughout the day :
Breakfast – Bowl of shredded wheat, plain. (100% whole grain) with milk.
lunch:Whole wheat chicken wrap with blueberries and a bottle of water.
after school snack: Apple, grapes, whole grain crackers with a water bottle.
Dinner: Salad filled with veggies and olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a lean cut of meat. Veggies or some type of grain product or starches. ( whole grain rice, or potatoes). And a glass of milk.
snack: Strawberry’s, or 1 stalk of celery w. peanut butter. With water or milk.
on the weekends i eat oatmeal with a fruit salad, or eggs and pemeal bacon with freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. If i did this for a month, would i be able to lose the belly fat? How long would it take me? Im trying to get this done before summer!
ive been doing this for a week now/: but i cheated yesterday and ate one peice of candy but i don’t think it wil affect me?
jasmin, im going to be running everyday until september which is when cross country starts. I want to do cross country but im starting the training early so i can lose my belly fat before summer.
Although it’s good having a healthy diet, it won’t help you with your "belly fat". If it really is a you describe it, that diet may just make you loose weight and you’ll end up with more "belly fat". Try doing exercises that work out your abdominal muscles, also cardio vascular exercises.

MORNING: Weetabix with slim milk , water , some fruit and little bottle of yogurt.
LUNCH: Tuna Snack pack in this it has tuna ofc with sweetcorn , rice , red kidney beans etc , Water, brown bread and fruit.
DINNER: Anything thats lean , 2 brown bread , Water , bake beans , broccoli and fruit
And during the day i eat bit of nuts ( almond nuts )
get rid of the bread

I have some belly fat that I want to get rid of. But I also want to build muscle at the same time. What kind of diet should I follow? I was thinking low-carb and high-protein but I am worried if the low-carb hurts the muscle building and the high-protein will add more fat in the waist region. Please suggest. I am doing weight training and cardio every day. I am 31 male and average built. Thanks.

I do regular exercise however i am known to have a sweet tooth! I can as many chocolate bars as i can get my hands on and this has seriously affected the amount of fat on my belly. What can i eat to lose that fat!?
excercise more if you need to and eat healthy is the best way to lose belly fat.

You need to go to therapy to find out what the underlying cause may be.
it has to be more than a craving…maybe a hormone imbalance or something
medically or mentally out of whack. you need to start exercising and eat fresh fruits/vegies,
berries and fiber when you want to eat the junk food. occupy your time with reading, walking,
hanging out with friends, etc. attend church. having God on your side always helps.
