I don’t want websites just tell me what to do and the bet time to do it…

Go jogging everyday for at least half an hour, make sure that you get out of breathe so you know you’ve been working out good. Do some crunches, legs up in air and sitting up. Bicycle crunches, cross arm sit ups, the plank, push ups etc.

I am only thirteen and I i’m pretty skinny. But I have the opposite of a flat stomach? I know about eating right but suggestions?

not physically possible. There is no way to force significant amount of fat loss from a single area other than liposuction.

follow these guidelines to get rid of belly fat
- Start exercising. Getting a flat stomach involves losing belly fat. To achieve this, start a workout routine. If possible, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If this isn’t possible, strive to exercise for at least 90 minutes a week – running, power walking, swimming or biking.
- Strengthen the core muscles. In conjunction with losing belly fat, choose workouts that exercise the core muscles. Effective workouts include dancing, pilates, crunches, and knee and leg lifts. For the best result, keep your abdominal muscles tight during core workouts.
- Improve your diet. Bad eating habits can impede weight loss efforts. Eliminate fatty foods and sugary foods from your diet. Choose lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and eat no more than 130 grams of carbs a day.
- Eliminate alcoholic beverages from your diet. Drinking more than two alcoholic beverages a day can raise cortisol levels in the body and decrease the metabolism. Cortisol increases hunger, and a slower metabolism makes it harder to burn fat and calories – especially in the abdomen.
- Drink plenty of water. Water flushes excess sodium and fluids from your body, which can help you achieve a flat stomach. Additionally, drinking water fills your stomach quicker, and you’re less likely to overeat.
- Control stress. Being stressed or feeling anxious can also release high levels of cortisol. In addition to increasing appetite, this hormone redistributes fat to the abdomen. Learn how to control or reduce stress. Practice breathing exercises, workout or get a massage.
- Reduce abdominal bloating. A low-fiber diet and certain foods can produce abdominal bloating. This prevents a flat stomach. Increase your fiber intake to fight bloating, and limit trigger foods such as beans, raw vegetables, lactose and starches. Take a digestive enzyme tablet to eliminate bloating.

I don’t weight alot I’m really really skinny but I want to play football when I’m a senior so I need to loose stomach weight to get strong abs how do I just loose my stomach fat?

What is the best exercise to loose stomach fat except for sit ups?

Contrary to the decades-old notion that sit ups are the way to lose abdominal fat; the only true way is through a combination of cardiovascular exercise AND DIET.

Focus on a fresh diet (lean proteins, lots of veggies, fruits, and water). Skip out on anything that is heavily processed, and that is mostly chemicals.

Try this for a month:
Basically pretend that you are living back in 1908. Walk anywhere, and everywhere. Drive only when absolutely necessary (all it takes is better pre-planning). Buy the basics, and get creative with the recipes. Add to this a combination of cardio, and the weight is literally melting away (I am proof!). After a significant amount has dropped (the first 25% or more), add in a strength training routine (this includes your abs). This way you can build muscle and avoid a plateau at the same time. Vary your routine, get really creative. Don’t forget to make sure you get enough rest, and avoid things like HFCS, hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated oils, fake (chemically processed) sugars, alcohol, etc.

I want to loose my stomach fat an turn it into muscle, i have two months until i go on vacation and i want to look good! Does anyone know how to loose stomach fat and keep it off? And specific exercises to make it go away fast, I’m on a diet so that should make some of it go away. Any help would be great!

You can’t turn fat into muscle, but you can burn off the fat with diet and cardio and build the muscle with crunches and leg raises.

Im 15 and 5′9-136 pounds.I know thats normal but i really need to loose the stomach and side fat,im tired of it.Im not asking for a full diet and exercise plan(altough that would really help cause i dont know what im doing)but some websites or tips would help.

I’m afraid there are no amazing ways to pinpoint fat and banish it with a simple exercise. Cardio will burn the fat; anything you enjoy, cycling, running, dancing. Then tone the muscles with the plank (lie flat on the floor face down, then lift your weight onto your elbows and toes and hold it for as long as you can without lifting your bum or arching your back) and crunches.

But you are not overweight and…to an extent this is puppy fat. By the time you’re 18 this fat will probably be gone anyway.
