I am 16 years old and i’ve kinda always been overweight. I wanna loose some of my stomach fat so about 3-4 inches within a month. I dont really know how to do this. Can someone help me?

You still have to follow their dietary recommendations and they advise you to exercise. You will lose more weight than diet and exercise alone.

i have like a beer belly ( i don’t drink) but its the only way i can describe it and a muffin top… also how do i loose fat on my arms? and calve area but mainly the stomach and muffin top PLEASE HELP D:

I already know running does but other than running what is the best exercise to loose stomach fat…..and if it helps get abs thats all the better! thanks in advance!

You might want to do squats, jumping jacks, jump rope, sprints, curl ups. There isn’t any way to lose only stomach fast, well maybe except for surgery.

Okay well i am 14 years old i am 5 foot 2 inches (about) and my weight is about 110 on average. how can i loose that stomach fat in like a week or so? and am i fat?

gosh what have your parents been feeding you??? LIES I AM GUESSING! you are perfectly fine you are in the right weight range….there are specialized videos you can perchase that will show you exactly what to do and you cant lose fat in a week it will take a few months depending on how much you wanna lose and be healthy…the only fast way is starving yourself but you lose all the fat…even the part you wanna keep and it is unhealthy…

Hi, I’m 14 and I’m 5.3 but I weigh 8.6!! I don’t look fat with clothes on but I have stomach fat and thigh fat. I’ve read some of the tips here on Yahoo answers but I can’t go out running or swimming etc. I can only stay at home!! I want to do exercise but I can only find 1 hour a day because I have big exams coming up. I’m going on holiday and want to wear a bikini! Please HELP!

Sit ups. There’s a thing called the plank, search it on google, and Hoola-hoops. They work.

2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
