i am 29 yrs old and weight about 62 kilos, and i am 5ft 6inches tall. i am happy with my weight but i want to loose fat in my stomach, it has been very difficult because people think i am pregnant because of my stomach. i have never been to the gym, and i dont like to go to the gym because i think if i start excercising i will loose my weight. i would like to gain 2 or 3 kilos more but not to loose. does anybody have ideas about loosing fat in stomach? does running will help?

First, try to eat healthy foods. Don’t fast, that slows down your metabolism, but eat foods high in whole grains, fiber, and calcium.
When you excercise, the very best stomach toning excercises are crunches or "bicycles" (when you lie on the floor, lift your chest toward your knees and then move them like a bicycle with your abs tensed). However, even if muscle forms it can still be hidden under fat. You need to do cardio excercises, like running or aerobics, to burn the fat above the muscle off.

What is a perfect diet for me? Keep in mind I love to eat and hate to excerise.

You cannot loose fat in a targeted area. It just doesn’t work like that. If you want to get a better looking body you will need to exercise and diet properly.

The key to rock hard abs or even just good abs is a low % of body fat. We all have stomic musclesand washboards; they are well hidden under fat.

Reduce the fat and see the washboard. You could go do a bunch of sit-ups, but it will not have the results you are looking for.

I would recommend a good diet and cardio.

A great way is sit-ups, crunches, or any other ab exercises. Also drink a glass of water before every meal and you can loose some excess weight if you wish.

You can really target areas of fat. You have to really hit the gym to get the weight off. I would suggest an elliptical machine. They usually burn 400-600 calories per hour. If you do that for 5 times a week thats almost a pound a week.
