Im not overly obese or anything just a little chubby in my belly lol and it would be nice to get rid of some of it. all though its not bad , i know its unnecessary lol man, i am cracking myself up typing this. Just some awesome advice?

Stop eating the candy, snack foods & soda. Don’t fool yourself by saying "a little bit will be OK." It all adds up. Get some sugar free candy and diet soda.

What is the best exercise to do to lose belly fat?

I am already cutting down on my calories but i need to do exercise as well. What excercise should i do to effectively cut down my belly fat. I’m not that fat. i look fine when i stand up. its just that when i sit down my stomach bunches up and makes a bump and i want that gone.

Hello! To lose belly fat you could make exercises in the stability ball (crunches, lifting the ball, moving it from side to side, etc.). You could also do aerobics, push-ups or other exercises that really make you sweat. They all work because I used to have a big belly and by doing them my stomach got flat. You should eat healthy foods (vegetables, poultry, fish, fruits, cheese, eggs, etc) and skip candies or sugary snacks. Many people think that meat, eggs and cheese will make you fat but that’s not true. What makes you fat are sugary stuff because they make you crave more food! It takes time to get used to exercising daily and skipping candies but you will see the results. Good luck!!! Adios!

best way to lose belly fat? [easy best answer]?

i’m 5′7 and i weigh like 160-165 ish last time i checked. i know i have a nice shape, but i have alot of belly fat that makes my size a little disproportionate. i want to lose the fat around my stomach, but still keep my shape aka curves. best way to exercise/eat would be? please help!!!

I’m sorry to say you can’t directly lose fat from any spot on your body but this is what you can do.

If your a girl than you’ll starting losing weight from your thighs and work your way up. If your a boy you’ll start losing weight from stomach and work your way down.

Make sure you eat at least 1200 calories a day, any less is unhealthy. To help increase the speed of your metabolism try eating 6 small meals a day. I mean this buy eating a small breakfast, then small snack, then small lunch, then small snack, then small dinner, and then a small snack.

Food suggestions:
Breakfast- egg whites, multi-grain toast or english muffin, bowl of cereal

Lunch- sandwich, low sodium soup, salad

Dinner- any kind of meat (turkey, chicken, steak, fish) with side of vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peas, corn)

Snacks- fruit, granola bars, 100 calorie snack packs, peanuts
Don’t forget to exercise! The best way to burn fat fast is mixing cardio and strength exercises. Run or walk 15-30 minutes a day. Lift weight, 3 sets of 8-12 reps or just do a lot of push-ups (as many as you can do then take a break and repeat).

I’m 12 turning 13 in august and i was wondering the best and easiest way to lose belly fat. I have all summer to work on actually losing the fat and then the school year for super quick ways to maintain it, because i’ll have a LOT of school work (i’m in the I.B. program) I don’t have really any money to spend on it, i just need good easy ways. If you can, please give idea’s for losing weight inside, not outside, because it gets really hot here (the high 90’s) in the summer. Thanks!

You’re still so young!! I know it’s rough trying to look like the girls in the magazines but because you’re only 12 (almost 13) and your body is still developing so I wouldn’t suggest you go trying to lose weight anytime soon. What you can do, and I know it sucks, is exercise. Crunches and sit-ups are free and combat belly fat. You can also cut down on the amount of fat you’re consuming by not eating fast food or drinking cokes. Yeah it’s yummy but it can really pack on the pounds. Good luck… if nothing else, try to buy some clothes that don’t accentuate your belly area and no one will be able to tell the difference!

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

You see, we are what we are today because of our past… our past actions.. these actions are decided by our decisions in what to eat and whether to exercise lead and they lead us to having this figure today..

These decisions come from your mindsets.

Now, suppose I do teach you how to lose the weight and you do lose it.. but if your mindsets and decisions are the same.. and so your actions are the same. So you would continue to eat as you did, sleep as you did and ta da!

After three months, you probably will not maintian your weight loss but instead go back to square one.. dun you agree? ;)

So it is impt to get your mindsets right first.

Before you start any weight loss program, here are some questions you might like to think about to prepare your mindset for weight loss:

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class…

Well, what she want’s to firstly focus on is getting proper nutrition. What, when, and how you eat is the most effective way to lose belly fat.

I recommend foods rich in protein, fiber, healthy fat (monounsaturated), and vitamins/minerals (fruits/veggies). I also recommend for her to eat 4-5 small healthy meals daily instead of the usual 3. This will help in speeding up the metabolism.
