Good methods/best way to lose belly fat?

what are the best things to eat, the best excersizes do to, and what should i be doing every day to help lose belly fat? how long does it take to lose 10 pounds of belly fat?

Hello! To lose belly fat you could make exercises in the stability ball (crunches, lifting the ball, moving it from side to side, etc.). You could also do aerobics, push-ups or other exercises that really make you sweat. They all work because I used to have a big belly and by doing them my stomach got flat. You should eat healthy foods (vegetables, poultry, fish, fruits, cheese, eggs, etc) and skip candies or sugary snacks. Many people think that meat, eggs and cheese will make you fat but that’s not true. What makes you fat are sugary stuff because they make you crave more food! It takes time to get used to exercising daily and skipping candies but you will see the results. Good luck!!! Adios!
