Since you don’t have to lose weight and you just want to flatten your stomach this will not be too hard for you. All you have to do is stop eating foods high in sodium (salt) such as junk food. Also stop drinking pop, the carbonation inflates your stomach. You can do crunches as well, these exercises will tone your stomach and ab muscles.

diets don’t really work for me. I try to exercise and im really going to get in gear. any tips? should i eat slim quick stuf too?

Diets actually make things worse for you. Just eat nutrituonal foods; more fruits and veggies than meat. Always have some milk and wheat everyday. Just give up any junk foods you have (don’t even buy any so there’s no temptation to slip a snack at home) and keep the pop out of your house. Drink lots of water above all else. Hydration helps any health problem somewhat.

If you drink soda: stop.
Excessive dairy products like cheese can also contribute to weight problems.
Don’t fall for the pill gimics. Loose weight the old-fashioned healthy way. Quit eating fast food and pick up better eating habits. You’re going to hear this from a lot of people. You have to eat right and exercise, that’s all there is to it.

My diet
1.Drink ONLY water and green tea
2.Eat veggies and fruits
3.Eat fish and chicken in small proportions
4.Don’t eat junk food or candy

or flavoring should I use to make the vegetables taste good?

The ONLY way I’ll eat zucchini or squash is to slice thin, use a tiny tiny tiny amount of oil (any kind, you just want the spice to stick) and old bay seasoning. Then grill. YUMMY!!!!

Rosemary and thyme are good on root veggies

Cayenne pepper and cumin for a spicy/smoky taste

Remember, yes maple syrup or brown sugar are used in a couple marinade recipes but one, its in small amounts, and two, you’re not going to drink the marinade. So either save those for special occasions or skip the sugar added ones entirely.

i am wondering, can i lose belly fat and gain a lot of bicep & triceps muscle by drinking protein shakes? im starting to drink the protein shake 2 times a day ( day and then night) also i do 100 reps of push up and sit ups every other day ( with breaks). the protein shake i drink is "muscle juice".

No man, you have to stimulate your muscles more. Protein drinks are not magic solutions!! Put in your time eating correctly. training and getting plenty of rest!!! Make sure you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey product minus the fillers and additives.

I am 16 and i have a pretty good self image, but that doesn’t mean i don’t want to lose some weight. Before someone goes saying something around your sixteen you don’t need to worry about weight, i have the really annoying belly fat that is hard to get rid of. i am in fact overweight (my doctor says) and recently i have really felt the comments of my peers. so could someone give me tips on losing that belly fat? Will working out for 30 minutes a day and dieting make me loose weight?

And I also do track so i run sprints everyday too on top of working out on my norditrack at home for 30 minutes a night. I diet but probably eat around 1500 calories a day. Im 16,135 pounds and 5 foot 4. Will this plan work to loose weight by summer?

I would suggest eating 900-1,100 calories a day (I’m 5′7” and exercise 3 hours every day) and it works.
