How do I lose stomach fat in two weeks?

In a little more than two weeks my friend Kate is having a pool party. My stomach is not HUGE, but most definitely not as flat or slim as I’d like. I’ve thought of just not eating.. but I quickly learned that wouldn’t help. What are good exciresies to burn fat off my stomach? Eating tips? And any other secrets that might help me?

Hello. Pretty much the only way you can loose fat is loosing weight. I recently lost 60 pounds on the scarsdale diet. Google it. You are on the diet for 2 weeks and loose 1 pound a day. And its all you can eat. Read all the info there. Also, the ab circle pro is amazing. I bought mine at walmart for 200. Good luck. Hope this helps. i exercise too, and im a vegetarian btw thats why there is hardily any protein so please dont say i need to add that to my diet

breakfast: weetabix with semi skimmed milk and a activia strawberry yoghurt drink

snack: banana

lunch: special k cereal bar + 1 apple

snack: 1 serving of fruit

dinner : cauliflower and broccoli , gravy and either 4 quorn nuggets OR 2 quorn crispy chicken style bites

yes it is. your getting your daily fats and carbs with the cereal and the special k bar and your getting your fiber and vitamins with your dinner. just take b 12 vvitaminsbc your a vegetarian and instead of cereal eat 5 eegg whiteswith vegetables like bell peppers tomatoes and onions-its delicious low in fat and extremely high in protein and vitamins

I’m the skinnest girl in my school everything but my stomach it like pops out. NO i’m not prego because I never done anything that could have made me pregnant. I’m skinny because I have a fast nevermind you gett he point but I need to lose my stomach fat. Any excersises I can do? For how long? I only have 3 months?

I am 16 years old and i’ve kinda always been overweight. I wanna loose some of my stomach fat so about 3-4 inches within a month. I dont really know how to do this. Can someone help me?

How many calories should i lose per day to lose stomach fat.?

I am 18, 5foot 9 and 150-155 pounds i want to lose my stomach fat and gain muscle, how much should i exercise and how many calories should i lose per day?

to lose weight, you gotta subtract 500 calories from your daily value. 15 times 150(your weight) is 2250, this is your intake for calories each day. every 5 pounds you lose it goes down 150 cals. the general rule is, you should be eating 2000 calories a day, if it’s more just like i showed you with simple math than that means your over weight. not by a mile aha just a little cuz 150 aint bad at all. you only got 9 pounds to lose. thats my opinion, if you entired your waist size(no homo xD) i could have told you how much body fat you had. but im guessing 9 pounds, you should know better.

ok, jog 30 minutes a day, to burn 300 calories a day(general rule for jogging is 100 calories burned every mile), and subtract 500 calories from your DV. you’ll lose roughly 2 pounds a week(7000 calories). you have to compare pounds and calories thats how you know all this stuff, it’s easy dude. 3500 hundred calories is equal to 1 pound. if you want it to be 7000 calories a week(2pounds) you gotta jog 50 minutes. btw jog at a nice steady pace thats you know a little challenging but doable. dont be sprintin around every few seconds than stop running, i know thats considered interval training but in my opinion it aint effective. you should be running 20+ minutes non stop to elevate your heart rate into the target zone, speeding up metabolism up to 8 hours that day =D. remember you gotta do this everyday. 500 less calories for food, and 30-50 minute jogging 2 lose about 2 pounds a week. this will work. you need to put some hard earned detication into this, dont come off the thought that this is a steal and that it’s easy. be precise follow everything and do everything just as i explained =D

as for workouts. save it. lose weight first. anyways, you need to do compound exercise if you want muscle. AVOID ISOLATION EXERCISES, such as machines, cables, certain dumbell work outs. your weekly gym schedule should be made up of 3 days a week using compound exercises. multi jointed, body weight exercises such as, bent over rows, bench press, squats, pullups, stuff like that. 3 days each week, each day is a full body exercise, with the attributes of pulling and pushing, and promoting muscle growth and expansion and fuming testosterone with compound exercises. and dont think it takes long, shouldnt take you at least an hour, because when your doing compounds you only do 2 sets. isolations, take forever, plus they dont give out the testosterone to promote muscle growth and expansion. it’s compounds brokin down into 1 by 1 jointed exercises. pointless! those are for girls lol for real thats why they have them but a lot of dudes are mistakin.

The problem is it is pretty much impossible to target particular areas of the body to lose weight from. Your body is programmed to work efficiently and store any excess energy as fat. It chooses where to put it.

This means the only way to lose your belly fat is to follow a sensible nutrition and exercise programme that will maximise the amount of calories you burn.

You can take in calories a lot faster than you will ever burn them off. It would take me about two hours in the gym to burn off a burger and fries that I could eat in ten minutes. So the first thing is to make sure you eat a healthy diet. I’m rubbish at counting calories so I just go for a healthy diet avoiding processed food (its packed with hidden sugars and fats) I also avoid sugar and eat lots of fresh fruit and veg. It can also help to try to have your main meal early. Going to bed on a full stomach means the body will store the food as fat.

When you exercise you really need to make sure your body burns maximum calories. Again this is where our natural programming doesn’t help. Our bodies like to do everything on minimum calories. The best way to combat this is interval training.

Basically you vary the intensity of the exercise, and preferably vary the type of exercise. Pick any form of exercise that raises your heart beat. It could be the traditional jogging, treadmill, rowing, cycling, swimming. But just as good is moderately heavy housework or gardening. The trick is how you do the exercise.

Start off with a moderate two minute
Increase the pace for a hard 30seconds to a minute
Return to moderate for two minutes
Keep repeating the changes until you have completed around 15 – 30 minutes.

The changes in intensity prevents your body from adopting a style that minimises calorie burning. You will burn maximum calories and continue burning for some while after your workout.

The last thing to remember is that your major muscle groups (back, chest and thighs) need the most calories to work. So exercising these groups will also make good use of your time. Try leg lunges or squats, using weights to increase the intensity. If you have access to a gym weight training to work the chest and back is also good.

- Control stress. Being stressed or feeling anxious can also release high levels of cortisol. In addition to increasing appetite, this hormone redistributes fat to the abdomen. Learn how to control or reduce stress. Practice breathing exercises, workout or get a massage.
- Reduce abdominal bloating. A low-fiber diet and certain foods can produce abdominal bloating. This prevents a flat stomach. Increase your fiber intake to fight bloating, and limit trigger foods such as beans, raw vegetables, lactose and starches. Take a digestive enzyme tablet to eliminate bloating.

Diet, trying to lose weight ! Help anyone ?

Heyy everyone,

Okay so, my aunt told me the other day that there was a man who kept walking all over his country to lose weight ( he was quite overweight ) and he only had a backpack with him carrying only milk and figs ! So, when people asked him what he ate, he simply said milk and figs! So I was wondering if you guys think it would be a great diet to stay on milk and figs (since both of them are full of nutrients) and walk a lot, in purpose to lose weight ! :)

Milk is EXTREMELY fatty and figs will not give you all the nutrients you need. I would bet that he lost so much weight because he was walking so much and the lack of good nutrients so he was probably just wasting away. I would advise AGAINST this plan. The only thing he did that was a good idea was the exercise part!

Eat healthy and get active and you’ll be just fine!

Could I eat a 1200 calorie diet and lose weight, or should I stick to 1500 calories?

I am 105 Kg, Male and 182 cm tall. I am currently losing weight on a 1500 calorie diet, but since I am eating better (not fast food) I am finding it hard to eat everything.

My wife is on 1200 calories, If I ate 1200 calories would I lose weight or go in to calorie shock?

Well since it seems you are on 1500 calories at the moment I think you should remain there for a week and a half then slowly change your weight to 1400 calories and then wait a couple of weeks and aim for 1300. Take baby steps.

I think you should just stick to 1300 calories or 1200 calories because men actually need more calories in order to function correctly and not have a calorie shock. If you feel its to drastic then go to 1400 calories.
